This is literally the moment before Stiles’s hallucination comes into play. We all saw it. Sheriff Stilinski rants and raves about how Stiles is the reason his wife is dead. Stiles is the reason that he’s in pain. Stiles is killing him as well. But what if the hallucination didn’t start with the Sheriff? In the scene before, Stiles and Scott are walking together, talking. And then, right before Stiles has to suffer through his what he feels like is his dad finally telling the truth, Scott leaves. You can kind of see Stiles look back and forth a second in confusion, because why did Scott just up and go? What if, more than just causing his father pain, Stiles is afraid of Scott leaving him? He has every right to be. He’s been pushed to the side for Allison more than I’m willing to go back and try to count. From the beginning of Allison, Stiles has become second best in Scott’s life. And this isn’t a post meant to rip Scott apart. This is about Stiles. This is about the idea that Stiles not only fears hurting his father, but being alone. And maybe I’m looking too far into it..or maybe not.

“I think he’s good looking.”

You know, I find this just fucking CHARMING, and not really in a slashy way. Danny does seem to be absolutely delightful, in a grounded, decorative, capable, Captain America-ish stand-up-bloke sort of way, and it’s just so. fucking. nice to see a straight teenage boy on TV being so secure in his sexuality that he’s totally good with just being SWEET and a little starstruck about Danny’s awesomeness. It would actually be less awesome for me if Scott weren’t straight.

….I, I realise this may mean that people want to take away my slash card. It’s just that I’m starting to think that Scott may be made out of cupcakes and puppies, and honestly it’s quite a lot more fabulous, to my way of thinking, for him to be a straight boy who’s utterly smitten with his hot girlfriend BUT STILL totally cool with thinking Danny’s awesome, rather than simply being a not-straight guy who wants to bone Danny. We need more straight blokes who are lovely about gayness; they are out there, bless ‘em, but we need to be raising all our sons right so that this is the norm, rather than panic-stricken “no homo” crap.

That said, from what I can see (you know, after watching 2 episodes) Danny needs more lines, and visible boyfriend(s).
